What's on the menu for SuperBowl?

I have the smoker cleaned out and ready to go. I'm smoking two racks of spare ribs, my last two links of boudin, some deer sausage and a some hot wings. That ought to carry us through half time!

I made queso today and got everything prepped for the guacamole I'll make tomorrow. La señora is making cup cakes. I have the garage fridge stocked. I have 3 grapes and a carrot in case my vegan whacko sister shows up.

4lbs of fajitas and a sack of bugs. Got plenty of appetizers chili con queso, homemade salsa, guacamole etc.
