What's on the menu for SuperBowl?
I was wondering what everyone is cooking. I might want to steal some ideas. I will propbably be boiling crawfish and smoking ribs. Come on Sunday, but Monday at the office will suck.

brisket will be smokin. prob some ribs also. little bit of duck appetizers. some jalapeno cheese deer sausage. A lot of Lone Star Light. -
bacon wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos,wings and lots of beer! yes,monday will suckthe fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.

Brisket bacon wrapped whitetail backstrap, and some killer avocado stuff my friends wife makes , and in fine with Monday , I took a vacation day !I dont always drink beer, but when i do , I prefer to be fishing !!!!!

Can't wait on the crawfish. Cooking them tonight. Picked up some pork ribs at Kroger for .99 lbs. They look good and will work for Sunday along with a nice brisket or pork tenderloin or backstraps. Damn, I can't decide. Def putting some jalapeno deer sausage and boudain on the pit.KEEP IT WET..Comment
