IMO this is all about the fascists at Wade Paddle and Pole. They want to infiltrate TPWD, which it seems they have, and take peoples' freedom away. Now I'm all for seagrass and the education of the average boater. But I'll be damned if I'm just going to sit still while they they make draconian rulings about where I can run an outboard motor. This sort of thing makes me madder'n hell. Meanwhile, back at the ranch . . . . another government agency is destroying oyster beds and healthy seagrasses with reckless abandon.

Seagrass protection is a red herring in this deal. The real agenda of these pricks is the establishment of LIFA's. This is what they will do unless it's stopped! This is a excerpt from the link above.

Completed the poll (against) but it got me thinking, how can a group get so deep into this to set policy ? (already know the answer is money) but can a group of traditional/obsidian tipped arrow bowhunters come in and claim Freer ? There was a push to make the croaker banned as baitfish to " help rebound the decimation of the panfish population"

It's usually about a certain type of sportsman trying to stop another type of sportsman from invading his territory and having it all to himself. Well, I think it should be about Sportsmen teaching their young Sportsmen to respect each other while we are enjoying the great Outdoors that GOD provided for us all to enjoy. No-one can own Texas waters and for that I am thankful, but a small, vocal group of lobbyists can control it and for that I am fearful.
