I should rephrase that, Pink was the color of the morning err hour in my case. Lol

I wasn't one of your potlickers, I was the first at my spot and after an hour had three more pass by.

I pulled a bunch of old baits out of the storage bins last night. I really wanted a trip down memory lane and thought about throwing a few Bingo's but my luck would lose them.

I still have one or two of the really old Mirrolures that look like scales are hand painted. Still have several of the four screw side-plate Ambassadeur's, back in the 70's we thought the old Ambassadeur's were the finest in the world, things sure have changed.

Gotta love the old ones that don't even have ball bearings just the bushings.

I had a 24" trout that crushed a broken back yesterday about 100 yards from my decoys. Birds weren't flying in my area so I made a wade with shotgun in tow. Sadie stayed by my side & we even profited with a group that came in close. 2 down and a nice trout caught & released. Made my way to some deeper water and found 3 reds. Great day!
