Dredge pipe across Greens cut

We encountered warning signs and bouys across Greens cut today. We putt putted across without incident and stopped to talk with some fellas in a bad arse SCB cat that were coming across from the ICW. They turned down my challenge to race. Careful out there. I'll be glad when the dredge is gone.

No, the dredge discharged the material at several spots southwest of Greens Lake and at PA 62.

Regardless of the information that has been publicized on ACE's "cooperative direction", it sure looks like it's business as usual. Went out today to see what 2-3" of "kind of like topdressing your lawn " dredge looks like. Found open pipe disposal and 24+" of dredge material 4-600 yds west of Green's cut in a 3-400 yd radius. Based on what I saw from the 80's that area is dead for many years (save the odd big trout trying to get warm). That's the same area where the recruited grass started and has been home to oysters, redfish, trout, whelks, ray, crabs, seaturtles and other critters we haven't seen like this since the 50's in water that looks more like LLM than WGB.

Guys, it's time to say "enough". Please contact EPA, TNRCC, NFWS, NMF, GBF, CCA, ACE, TP&W, your congressman....anybody! Just don't let this area die without saying "this ain't right"

that's the F-22 top speed 80m+ handles chop very well , but must be running around 50 to catch enough air. If you got an extra 120k you can buy me and you one . Not you shallow water or open bay boat , just a go fast . Not that I would'nt like to have one . Oh and the pipe should be to Harbor Walk by the weekend . So you guys be on the look out. It is maked fairly well , but things can happen quickly .

Was out on Jones today and saw them get'n ready to lay pipe by Harborwalk to the Diversionary. Anyone Going out of Jones to the ICW needs to keep an eye out.
