Drove over to Vinton yesterday and watched a friends cousins horse run....went right by Al T's. We were gonna stop and eat but had a wild hog strap smothered steak and were still full. Boudain....damn now I want some!

If you haven't tried it before, the boudain at Pyburn's Grocery and Meat Market on FM521 just about a mile North of the Tollroad is really good! The cajun sausage ain't too shabby either.Comment
