I will probably make a run to our shop in New Iberia before the end of the month. I'll take a cooler and hit Legnon's Boucherie. I brought ten pounds back when I went over in December and it got ate up at our Christmas Party. Good stuff. Billaud's Market in Broussard is another good stop. They make a crawfish boudin that is mighty fine.
