I just don't understand piercings. Why would anyone decide to make a hole in their body and insert a shard of metal into it?

sorry i didnt make it out either... i got demolished friday night, woke up saturday with my eyebrow pierced twice and $300 in my wallet, had to make some calls to figure out what the hell happend.. my dad was sayin the wind was ridiculous down there this wkend..
