Them domes are for satellite TV, the interwebs, sat phones, and other stuff like that for your kayak.

Real radar has a rotating thang that goes round and around, although some get a flat dome for the sissy model in case of ice.

Heard there was a ship collision just before they closed the port today, down by Texas City.

They was prolly watching Russian porn instead of the radar!
