  • Who order up this mess, lol

One of the few weekends I wasn't going to have anything to do and what a stormy weekend coming up... Looking at the weather report it's showing some questionable weather for the Bay. Anyone planning on trying to dodge the storms? I haven't decided if I'm going to try to fish and fish the windows Saturday or just sit back with a cold one and watch the day go by. Will probably depend on if I can get some dry air between 6am and 2pm sat.

I thought maybe Sunday afternoon was gonna pan out but doesnt look like it now so I guess I'm out for the weekend unless something changes before then. Tired of getting blown from one end of the bay to ther other when I go out

I oicked a good weekend not to head down to the bay, I will just hang out in Magnolia and play poker and drink the weekend away (nothing new there).

Race1, be safe and if you do go out let us know how you did.

I would look at it again Friday. These sum beaches can't even get the weather right the following day much less 4 to 5 days away.

You are right about that AP. I was on the island last Friday and woke up to a 20 degree difference in temp on Saturday. I do not remember them saying anything about that, but I could have been dazed and confused as well.

Yes sir, but the bottle of Crown I finished last weekend might have done the trick as well.

Rain, heat, snow-heck, I could be a Mailman

I agree with AP-worst case is I'll be drunk playing poker on "Guy's Weekend" at my place. Sending the lil' woman to visit her daughter in Austin, so even if it snows, I'm gonna have a good time. Got "Claude the Chicken Farmer" coming in from East Tx and Mike "the Stingray Netter" plus 5 others-no way I won't be entertained with those two maniacs not even counting the other 5. Just watch out for several boat loads of drunken fools soaking shrimp along a protected shoreline consumming way too many beers, being loud and having fun.
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

AP I agree which is why I'll be driving down Thursday after work. Then I can watch it closer and get some time in if it presents itself.

                          Explorer21,
If the water looks half way decent, not too murky and choppy I will head 7-11miles southwest. If I do I'll let you know how I do. I have to replace my fish fryer but i'm getting hungry to release a new batch to the grease
