I love it. I have done Duck, Fryer Chickens & a Turkey. Works every time no problems yet!

I've just read the Amazon reviews and it appears that the Charbroil ($100 Academy) is the better choice than the Butterball brand.

Academy has them on sale from regularly $100 to $70 in this weeks circular. Butterball brand.
I have no idea how well it would work.

yes and they are great. I was doubtful at first also but man, its hard to beat doing a fried turkey this way.

I just picked up an oil-less turkey fryer this past weekend and had to try it out before Thanksgiving. So, I picked up two chickens and seasoned them and gave it a shot. Boy it turned out much better that I thought it would. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside without all of the mess of dealing with the oil.

Anyone else have or tried one yet
