Help need oxygen bottles filled

Anyone know of any places I Galveston that will fill oxygen bottles like a welding shop or something mom needs them filled for her bait. I'm on the west end this week.


Btw she pulled a 25 inch red off a reef this am.

I always take mine up into Texas City to the welding store there off the main drag.
