The Bayou Vista Fish'n Club is wanting to put up new clearance marker signs for the BV RR bridge. I'm looking for a sign maker that can make highway quality signs, any suggestions, willing to pay, would love to have then donated so we can do some other projects.

I have Green & Red reflective tape.
The issue being when you remark channels is that the company / party can be held liable if not done properly. If you are just putting new ones up on current posts I don't see that being an issue. Now there are sizes that are standard. You need to check on the "official" size
Marine plywood (ideal) perhaps treated plywood with a sealant on it could work. Use green & red reflective tape to mark the borders accordingly. Have a local printing company print on reflective vinyl stickers the marker number etc.
This could be a fun project for the BV Club or perhaps involve FWE & we have a meet & greet / channel marker build with volunteers & donations to help offset expenses.
I remark the channel from Lake Como (Pirates Cove) to West Bay every year.We are West End Anglers, a saltwater tribe!

right now what were lookn is replacing clearance marker, they need to be alum with high grade paint/vynil like used on highway signs, wood and tape/paint won't stand up. Also repaceing some of the hdpe panels that line the boat passages.
As far as private channel/hazard markers we're investigating, the are new uscg regulation.
