Mccullum park
Went out to Mccullum park yesterday for a nice morning wade. It was far from that. We were walking out just as the sun was coming up. Were about 150 yards out when we hear a boat start up behind us. Look back it is the house right next to mccullum park. It is on the north side and is the only house that is connected to the park. He then proceeds to drive his boat with his motor running using his trolling motor about 15 yards from my buddy and has the nerve to ask if we knew when the tides were supposed to start moving. Not that bad. I got over that pretty quick. A few hours later we are out deeper. I look up and see a boat coming at us pretty fast. I am thinking he is going to stop and fish right next to us. Nope. Same guy as before comes up and splits my buddy and I(we are about 20-25 yards apart) on full plane doing about 40MPH. I was in such shock it was happening I didn't even get a chance to yell until after he passed and his wake hit us. He then proceeds to put his boat up on his lift and go up to his house. What should I do?

Call the game warden and explain what he did.
Boats must maintain a safe distance from swimmers and waders of, I belive 50 yards.

A quick flick of the Sspook to his dome would learn him. Ive tried that several times in a similar situation. When the 91st street pier was operating some of those guys would try to hit us with their lead while we surfed. Got tired of that quickly and started biting lines off it took them a while to realize their line had been cut.Comment
