    Been watching it live on CNBC...called someone in NY and couldn't get through...placed a call to another in DC...got through there...friend in NY sent text saying she's on the way home!

            5.9 is a moderate quake and the most "shake" was at the epicenter, unlikely that there is any major damage.
            Humans (being mostly water) feel the shake more than structures do.

              Really want to get something from the mining companies in w vir. Could be massive monetary loss not to mention lives...

              nuclear plants have shut down...think there are two...
