Not sure what day just yet (Sat is prolly out) waiting to see when the swell is going to lay some more and spread out a little. If anyone is interested PM me and we'll stay in touch as the weekend approachs till then ill be glued to 42035.

Monday would be pretty awesome! I like the variable wind thing, always a good sign.

Gotta get those reds while the season is still on, but honestly the dog snapper were great too. Kinda funny how much work Coe and I put into securing tanks on the last few trips... Then we found out that they do just fine lying in the back of the boat, even in a squall

I may go Sunday-depends on family stuff/waves-I will be going thru the Pass, not jetties. Will be on Channel 69-"Big O" if I go.

Now if JT would lower the gas price to $2.50, it'd help make the decision to go!! 120 gallons at $4.50 is a choker for those two snaps (dang NMFS and Gulf Council).

By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. I go to Chevron & fill up my portables still... $3.59 is tough to beat near the water when most marinas are over $4.00

May do that-got 2 of those 14 gallon ones and three 5 gal cans-three trips should do it?? Heck may trailer it. I will call ya Coe if we go-prolly the Bucs or baby Bucs???

Regardless where we decide to go I am hoping for minimal current & clear water so I can spear some snapper for us. I know Yan would agree with my comment too

I hated my 14 gallon till I removed the filler handle and jus left a tube hangin...big ol beer bong now works like a charm

Dont forget your state water snaps either

Gosh!! Buddy boating is a great idea! I always thought it would be kinda hard to find someone to do exactly what you want to. I guess with a fishing forum it would be easy.

the fishing was good,it was the catching that was bad.
