Coasta Del Mar vs Maui Jim

I was just wondering what the general opinion on these brands is, I want a good pair of sunglasses for flats to nearshore and general use.

Also if you prefer the Coastas, is the Coasta 580 lens worth the extra money over the 400s?

I like Costa. I keep a pair in Greens, have another pair in the Pass area, and a third pair at the bottom of a bass tank. I'm done with high $ shades!

580 or 400? What do you wear now BTC? I have never had a really good pair of polarized glasses before.

580 phatoms!!! Best present my family has ever gave me. Got them for fathers day last year. I have the neck strap thingy from costa to keep them attached to me. The sun can do some real damage to your eyes out on the water. Too bad I waited so long to get a good pair. I'll never go back to low end glasses. The 580 is a much better lense. Theres a cool ol lady at the academy on 45 in League city that really know alot about her shades. Check her out and she willl give you the run down.

I wore Maui Jim religiously up until college when a buddy turned me onto Costa's I have never bought another pair of glasses.

Costas are hard to tear up and that green mirror is a good choice.
