It's a big enough site, I'm just not too sure about the floating uncovered part. Those pelicans will be roosting in those yachts!

I had lunch with Charlie today and the marina that was proposed isn't going to happen. IBC Bank owns the site now and they want crazy money for it... somewhere around $15mil. Nobody could make that work.
