Shooting at the Bait Camp. Anybody know anything?

BOAT CAPTAIN DIES IN SHOOTING

Texas City police are investigating a fatal shooting early Friday in which two shrimp boat captains were wounded with the same gun at a bait camp in the 5500 block of Hillman Drive, near the Texas 146 bridge over Dickinson Bayou.
Kelly Lee Sumner, 41, of Galveston County, died at the scene during an argument that broke out out 4:15a.m. said Capt.Brian Goetschius of the Texas City PD.
The gun owner, James Michael Morris, 59, was wounded and was transported by helicopter to the Univ. of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he spent much of the day in surgery.
