    If you wear Reef flip flops with a bottle opener on the bottom be careful using a shovel. LOL
    I was starting to dig a hole for a beach umbrella today, but as soon as I stepped down, the sandal "locked" to the shovel!! I couldn't get it off and lost my balance falling, rolling, and simultaneously throwing the shovel up in the air with the shoe still attached! As I rolled I covered my head but luckily the shovel missed.
    My girls thought it was pretty funny..........

      Dang kenny, my cousin almost broke his nose walking down the strand when his opener got caught on aloose brick on the sidewalk, faceplant !!!!! apparently i was the only one that found it funny

        No pics. I had a garden tool that got away from my brother & ended up thru my nose,took 13 stitches. I still think he threw it at me.
        Today is a new day!!
