Many thanks to those who showed and helped immensely. We got the pilings in and more! Yesterday Vjer and Mastercylinder from 2cool, Beachbum Bailey, Blackbeard, 007, and my neighbor Terry got those 2 beast pilings in and set. We celebrated the feat by doing burgers and ribs on the grill. Around dark, Boom showed up at the ramp with his lights and we kidnapped him. I'll let 007 or Boom fill you in on the fish caught because I was asleep most of the night. It wasn't a big night for fishing, but the water was darn dirty. Today we got another piling in and got the outside stringers set on the missing room. Crappie Girl was also there and she caught a NICE red today. I'll post pics as soon as I can.
Cody and Bailey, I sure do appreciate y'all putting off your fishing to help us get those beasts in. Mike, as usual thank you for all you've done. You've made a huge difference to the camp and I really can't thank you enough. Wanted to thank Milkjug too. He called to make sure we had enough man-power and he was ready to drop his plans and come out if we needed him.
Next weekend we frame and plank the front porch. If anybody has the time, I've got the beer. - Sandy
