A lil freshwater never hurt

Left work early today and met a buddy out at Lake Somerville. He had been there since noon and only caught 2 fish. When I got there it turned on! This was my first fish of the day, ~6lber. Caught a bunch more keepers, a few 3's, 4's and a 5. Not bad for a quick evening trip. Nice to get out of the wind for once!

Nice! I've been running the Trinity River so I know the feeling... Wind needs to go blow somewhere else... I want a 1 month high pressure to sit over us right at start of snapper season would be preferred too lol
