I have a '94 Skeeter Bay Pro 195 with a 95 Yamaha Pro V 175. Took it in to the doctor for a tune up for the season and found out I have low compression on #2. When I got done with the tune-up, i was going to clean it up, and put it up for sale. Now, I have a real dilemma. Advice? tear it down and if its terribly expensive to fix, sell it with the parts in a box, or leave it intact and sell as is? Boat is very clean, with a 2 year old floor throughout. Galv Trailer, 2 year old tires, rewired/LED's, 24v trolling motor with 2-24V batteries, 3 12v batteries for motor / accessories. What is a guy to do?

Fix it and keep it or fix it and sell it-you will take a major hit with a motor in a box-I wouldn't touch it for fear of missing parts-if gonna tear it down, then why not fix it?
