  • Port Neches - SETX Mud Run

    Had a blast this weekend out in Port Neches for the annual mud run, tides were just right and the ponds were perfect. 0" of water just beautiful!

    We are West End Anglers, a saltwater tribe!

        Bad Arse Coe looks like a Blast was had by all... The Guys Jumping the mud mound are Completely Out Of Round that could have left mark fo'sho'...

                  I have a bad itch for a hyper drive and that didn't help one bit! cool video, and I want one so I can go play,,, BAD!

                    It's an 1860 Gator-Tail boat (w/ flotation) so its Coast Guard approved. Flat bottom with a huntdeck. It has a 35 HP Gator-Tail that just went out of warranty so I took it to the local shop and had the guts overhauled... New performance cam, roller rockers, push rods, some port & polishing intake work, reseat the valves, re-shim the motor new Mikuni Carb

                    She went in sounding like a lawn mower engine and came out sounding like a damn Harley!

                    Loaded stock speeds were 25-26 MPH now I am running 29-30 loaded. By myself I have still yet to test it but I was getting 30.5 going into a 20mph wind going down the ship channel...
