Will this trout go 12 lbs??

Saw this on the Saltwater Soul facebook page the other day. The caption says that its 12lbs and was caught in Baffin. So what are yalls thoughts? Is it 12? Also do yall know who this is? I ask because I'm pretty sure its a guide that fishes Galveston, but fishes Baffin in the winter. I don't want to mention his name and be wrong though. What do yall think?

This one was 10lbs 3oz. on certified scales at Roy's. That one looks a little bigger but not sure it's almost 2lbs bigger. Could be though if she had a big mullet in her gullet. Hell of a fish either way!
