My buddy has one he puts on his surfboard and has taken some incredible vids with it. He's also taken it and mounted to his shotgun butt looking down the barrel and taken some pretty cool dead bird shots!

Looking at one the other day, but think I'll wait a little longer and see what else they come up with!

Up to 180' it has a case it sits in to protect it from the elements. My last waterproof case only could go 120'. This will allow me to dive without worrying about the housing failing.

Dude how deep are you going? Not much bottom time after you get past 110 or so unless you want to deal with deco stops.

I like the Go Pro but decided to go with the Drift Innovation HD just because of the remote control and the LCD built in. I think that the Go Pro has better mounting options like the chest mount which is pretty cool. Go Pro is being sold everywhere so it might mean they'll be around longer too.

I don't work for Drift but there are other options out there. Plus the drift can be dunked in the water without the case(up to like 3 feet or something).
