I pulled in 11 traps today 3 from new bayou 2 from the channel and the others from chocalate bay. Found a terrapin shell in one of them in new bayou

I got 14 -- let loose lots of crabs and found one dead water turkey.

Mark and I got 6 I think today. There's one on the mud flat near fat boys pier.

I've been watching yall's progress on those traps and want to offer up help in case anyone wants it. You can't carry too many traps on a yak, so I would probly be better use as a deckhand on someone's boat.

In any case, PM me or post up if anyone wants a hand pulling traps. I am not afraid to get dirty.

Reeltime and I picked up one more trap out of Karankawa today so my total for this year is 66. I beat my last years total by almost 20 traps. We let go hundreds of crabs and lots of fish --(drum, sheepshead and flounder!!) Hopefully there wont be that many to pick up next year!! I'll be out there looking though.
