think i blew my knee out today

    My advise (know it all too well), relax it for a few days and if the swelling does not go down, then see a doctor. I have tweaked my knee several times and after a few days, it is back, but I don't know your situation. Either way, good luck and let us know how you do.

      Thanks for all the advice.still swollen but not as bad.Really hurts around kneecap.going to doc monday.

            x3 Mell Wader. Sounds like ur meniscus. I Ruptured both of my achilles playing bball in college and both were a distinguished pop like the sound of a tennis ball and racquet. Never good when you hear it. Go find a good Orthopedic Surgeon, get an MRI, and fix it asap b/c Scar tissue is no fun. Good luck.

              Hope you recover soon, those swollen knees can take months to heal. It sux to be an outdoor guy stuck on a couch!
