No Power In Jamaica Beach

Our power went off this morning around 2:00 AM after a green aurora borealis.....really! It's still off and centerpoint can't tell me when it might be back on. I've seen at least a dozen power trucks today on the West end but not one had anyone working!!

At least my freezer and fridge dint thaw!! My water line did freeze-fixed it yesterday and yes, had water turned off but some was "stuck" in pipe and it froze and cracked near where it goes into house-wasn't too bad to fix. The power lines looked like they were horse whips-swinging and swaying a lot-guess that's why Centerpoint had about 20 trucks-I think they were trying to take some slack outaa the lines.

Kenny-if ya stayed at a "Holiday Inn Express", you'd be smart enough to place the right bet today on the game and woulda been able to retire!!
