First, hello to all...looking fwd to sharing in all the great info available here and hopefully seeing everyone out on the water some day.
I've been lurking on the site for over a week and finally decided I needed to join. I live in cypress and mostly fish in Matagorda system with my dad and uncle (their boat is in bay city) but I'm limited by when they want to fish so I've been wading from shore more lately. I've waded sportsmans, gisp and slp a lot over the years so I'm a little familiar with wb. Looking fwd to learning a lot more here.
Fished sportsmans and confederate last Friday during the front (yeah my only day off-will post a late report) and met a young guy named Steve (didn't get a last name) as I was coming in about 530 who posts here. He told me about you guys and said the board had a lot of good info so here I am.
Will be back down in wb day after christmas so if you spot me in the blue ocean kayak say hello. Again, happy to be here and look fwd to meeting you all.
