  • New to the area

    Hi All,

We are moving to the area in January 2011 from cold and awful Michigan. For background, I am a FL boy, born and raised in St. Pete. Have fished for many years on the FL Gulf coast, both inshore and offshore. Looks like we will reside in the Galveston area and the fishing looks awesome! I did get a chance 2 years ago to fish on a charter out of Bay Town/City? and had a great day catching specs and reds! Little unusual fishing around barges and tugs, but fun.

This is just a howdy. Any specific questions on lures or techniques I will ask after our arrival and get settled in.

    Best regards,
    Whaler17
