Just go get a Hook and Line Map. Plenty of places to go fish on a map.

E. end of Seawall blvd. where it dead-ends into the HSC. Head N. down the path and fish off the rocks. Big fish in the deep water nearby, and eaters closer to the rock.

SLP is another good choice, don't get stuck in the sand.
