2 of my 3 brothers "built" their companies and made millions and their employees were damn glad because they did well also. Companies reward good work. Unions do not and never will-you are just another widget when a union employee and the company can tell the Steward to add more widgets or take them away-but all widgets get the same pay, whether productive or not, so that leaves little reason to excel in one's career.
