Jt, I never said big oil got bailed out. I said big banks got bailed out and big oil gets tax subsidies on top record profits. SOB's prices dropping to 3.12 a gallon today and should never be over 2.50 gallon, but that day will come. As far as crack pipes I've never seen one. ....if you do some research..... as I have...... you will find that the argument that "Big Oil" gets tax subsidies is correct. The Big Oil companies use the same tax loopholes that are available to almost ALL MAJOR CORPORATIONS here in the good old USA.
I would read about the stuff in the CWA national newspaper I get and one evening decided to look into it as I am a good Union Member (RETIRED).

This is bull chip! I have to buy health insurance now? I'm 28 and went back to college a year ago. When I quit my job, I gave up my insurance. I am fully aware of what that means. Now I am forced to buy something I can't afford? I am almost at a loss of words. College is paid for out of my own pocket. I purposely worked instead of going to school so my wife (then fiance, graduated UNT 2006) and I wouldn't have student loan debt. My family is now being punished for having the wherewithall to stay debt free? Screw that.

As to that Stephonoupolis/Obama interview: car insurance is not mandatory. Don't buy a freaking car idiot. Vehicles are a privilege, not a right.

ok guys lets not look at it from the point of view that someone is going to die if they dont have insurance. lets look at it from the point of logic, facts & common sense.

#1 .... the government cant even get the mail system down & you want them to provide health care. Name me one government intity that is ran as tight as some companys are ran & can make a profit.

they are not going to be able to afford to keep the good doctors around ... they are going to out source from 3rd world countrys ... what kind of service do you think you will get if you needed brain surgery.

#2 .... there is NO WAY we as a country can afford it ... we are already broke. hell they took 4yrs of our $$$ just to get this obummercare going & you werent even eligable for it during that time.

look at it this way ... lets say you own a casino & you make sure EVERYONE IS A WINNER ... how long do you think your casino would be open??????

Remember the housing market was the cause of the econemy crashing ... why did the econemy crash??? ... becuase the government thought it would be a good idea that EVERY American should own a house & people got loans they couldnt afford & it killed the system ... have you tried to get a loan from the bank latley????

Have you been to the doctor latley for something major ... your talking hundred of thousands of dollars ... with all the differnt reasons people go to the doctor im sure that will add up to be more of a hit than what the housing market took.
