Out of State License

Does anyone know what license to tell a friend to purchase online for waterfowl on Saturday & Sunday?

I know he needs the duck stamp. Just curious which out of state license he can buy for either a one day or weekend.

he needs the 5 day non resident hunting. If he already has a federal duck stamp he doesn't need to buy one. Just have it on you.
