pins 11-27-09

met a freind from another site and head down to the pins about 20 miles or so and caught this fat red on artiefucial cut mullet.The conditions were overcast and not windy the sun kept trying to come out but never could get through all them clouds.I had to walk back the twenty miles or so because i showed them middle coast boys how to catch in the surf just kidding but they kept teasing me..had a good time and made a new freind. nice 25 inch red.....nice looking chair

i was down visiting the parents for turkey day at the ranch. My goal was to catch a few fish they haven't had any fresh fish in awhile................ prayers answered.

Its not that far..Only 7 hours from where I live in C/S..once you make the drive dont just go to Padre -go to Arroyo City too..you will be going back over and over..those are my stomping grounds...
