Anyone tried Thermacell to get rid of mosquitos yet? I've read good things about it and picked one up to take on tha boat. Going to see if it really does work. maybe the wife will appreciate the natural smell of me after a whole day of fishing as opposed to off!

it works! you can hear them buzzing around you! In a breeze it starts to fade a bit but still works...I put OFF on regardless but its nice to have them not buzzing right in your face.

I use two on my boat one on the bow one on the stern...

A good cold front will get rid of them! I hate those things and last weekend on the island I got bit by horse flies! What is up with that?

I'm allergic to horse flies! I swell up wherever I get bit!

those damn things are worse than mosquitos.... i actually had a chunk of meat missing after one of those ripped it from my arm.... though the wound wasnt big.. it hurt like hells!
