I needed to run the boat, as it had been over a month since I have been out. My girl friend and I hit the water around 10am yesterday. Fishing was really slow but the weather was great. It was a little chilly at times but not all that bad.

Did anyone else notice how clear the water was yesterday?

Yes the water was gin and it gets & usually stays that way ALL winter long.

Water was clean, clear as glass.

Thats sure going to make for some tough fishing. I was able to do quite a bit of exploring though.
