  • 10/2 Beachfront and GISP

I have fished about one tenth of what i normally have in years past, so I was glad i have not been deactivated from WEA.

Finally have something to write about. Hit the surf early saturday, water was too clear and too bumpy for me, so I hit back bay. No boat, no kayak and no flat stalker just some mud boots. Worked the shoreline. Water got progressively cloudly with the ene wind but managed catch some fish. Tried topwater, different plastics, but the fish liked the gulp curly tail minnow on a 1/4 jig head. Caught two slot reds, one 21, one 27 (pictured), dink flounder and one saddle blanket that spit the hook at the shoreline, and five dink trout which I release only to see one 12incher float half dead while the other fished mauled it.

Not that anyone is interested in my opinion, I think the bag limits should be changed to you keep the first ten fish and you are done.

While I am unable to enter the tournament this Saturday I hope to come by the weigh in and say hello.
Where ever you go, there you are.

Yes, I hit the wrong button. This was the only fish I kept. Btw, is there a way to add a picture from the IPhone? I did not see how to to add a picture.

That sounds just like my day minus the slot reds. All my fish were caught on the chartreuse curly tail gulp too.

              Nice report and red!
"Hey Hillary, regarding the Benghazi Attack on 9/11-we'll just blame it on that movie, not my total lack of security. By the way, what's so significant about 9/11 anyway-was that a date my buddy Bill Ayers of the Weather Underground blew up a government building?" asked Obama to Hillary. BEAUTIFY AMERICA, RUN OVER A LIBERAL, THEN BACK UP AND SEE IF HE'S DEAD.

Excellent report and Red Scott. That is awesome you walked-in and found some good fish. I hope you can stop by Tournamnet Weigh-In.
