  • Fishing This Morning 9/18

Got out early with a manageable East wind wading shell. I had a 18" trout on a bone Spook and Tom had a fat 23", then the rain came and with it the wind. After a few more bands we moved to a protected shoreline and the bay turned to 2'-3' whitecaps.
I jigged up one more small trout and we headed for the dock. Got the boat in the sling just as the rain and high wind hit.
Looks like a rain out today........

It was bad! 30 mph winds on Chocolate for about 3-5 minutes straight. We tied up to the piling and jumped on the bridge support. It was the place to be today lol saw Ray & Chris they pulled up along with 2 other different boats
