West Bay 8/23 Rehab

It's been 11 days since Dr. Mark Provenzano did the surgery on my shoulder.
Did a little Saltwater rehab today. Got on "em early, caught 10 fish, released 5 and kept 5, All the fish were 17 to 18 inches with a 22.

They were caught over shell on a pink skitterwalk, and the bite was over by 830

It's crazy, Arthroscopic Surgery recovery time is way different.
I truly have more range and motion than expected and very little pain, actually was in more pain day to day prior to the procedure.
I honestly believe, I'll be swinging a golf club in another week

Mark is a great surgeon... I would always see him or Dr. Jack Jensen. That is, when they were both still practicing together off I-10 at the sports medicine place... I just saw that Dr. Provenzano moved to campbell right behind Spring Branch Middle School. I was wondering where he went...
