Had been hearing good reports all week, so we were ready to get out there and Hammer Em.
The forecasted wind was 10-15, so we figured it would be just right to start the am. Unfortunately it was 20+ and there were 3' rollers so we stayed at our first spot for about an hour with nothing to show for it. Check out this boat that was out there with 3 guys with Zebco's and a big surf rod. They have some BIG BALLS!

We then headed back in to work some of the different guts and flats and Jeremy finally hooked up with a nice 21 1/4" trout and took him back to the boat to ice it down and hope that he would shrink 1/4".
He found 2 more @ 17" & 18" and Glenn caught one that was 20" and we decided to go look for some reds and flounder. At this point I had only had 3 blow ups and not a single bite on anything else. We hit a few other spots and I finally hooked up on a 19 3/4" trout on a croaker. We hit some redfish holes on the way back in, but didn't find any, so we went to the weigh in to find that the fishing had been as tough for everyone else as it had for us.
We ended up with 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Jeremy's trout didn't shrink so he ended up in 3rd, me 2nd and Glenn in 1st.

Donna with the red that was 21 1/8"....that sucks!

Thomas and Kaylin w/1st & 2nd place redfish
