  • anybody have any luck today?

i left out of bayou vista late (too cold) and stopped at the galveston channel for about 1 1/2 hours and we picked up 6 flatties, 3 keeping. two 18s and one 20 incher. we ran across the ship channel and ran the south shoreline of east bay looking for birds or bait and couldn't find either. we ran by confederate to greens again looking for birds and nothing. did anybody find any good fishing today?

Donna and I met you with Flapper and Fishing Addiction this morning and the 3 of them did really well. Not sure what happened to me today, but that happens some times! I will post a report shortly with pics.

        Thanks for the report Michelle.
We caught quite a few reds and a couple of trout. We got out before sunup and were off the water at 9:00......too crazy out there later.
Saw some nice schools of reds andd saw lots of people catching reds under birds, but didn't want to fight for em.
