Wading boots

What kind of boots and brands do you guys wear while wade fishing?

Winter I wear Foreverlast Reef boots and (optional) Wind River stingray guards. If I'm wading mud I sometimes wear Simms flats sneakers. Simms has a new flats boot that is worth looking at.

Summer I wear Foreverlast Ray-Guard boots with long neoprene socks underneath.
Some folks are wearing various brands of snake boots too, and then there are still those that wear tennis shoes!

I wear Irish Setter (Red Wing) Shadow Trek Viper snake boots. Light and tough.
Lots of guys wear the LaCrosse snake boots.

and you think Simms waders are expensive? LOL
I know they're the only ones that come in a size big enough.

They were $125.00 and I go through 2 - 3 pr of the reef boots a year, so they are a really good investment. I have had them almost a year and they show very little wear.

I'll have to check them out, the shell does eat up the reef boots. I want zip up cordura snake boots.
