Fishing Logs

I may have posted this question before but can't seem to remember. Do any of you use on line fishing logs? If so, what and where and have you found them useful. I want to start logging all info from fishing trips from weather to moon phase to lure colors and water conditions so that I can better check patterns for certain times of year etc.

Also if any of you built your own I would like to see what you came up with.

Yes you should keep a log. Years ago i did the bass tournament/Club thing and kept logs everytime i went fishing.
You will be amazed at what you will learn and remember by going back and reading your old logs.
