Does anyone have any information on the red Baby Cat that is on Tiki Island for raffle?

I drove by so fast this weekend I couldn't catch the details.

Galveston CCA chapter is raffling it off. The drawing is at the annual banquet Saturday the 21st at Moody Gardens. Not sure how much the tickets are, but somebody probably has already bought the tags for the trailer! Just kidding folks....
