I was there yesterday and if memory serves me right, the sign said August 2nd at 5 pm. Don't drive down there without confirming this though, I'm not entirely sure.

It's not very far for me. So I guess they'll have a soft opening tomorrow evening and be closed Tuesday like everyone else?

The resturant upstairs is open this Monday .... they had some small runs out of the kitchen over the weekend .... I got to meet Randall, and see their menu .... it looks great ..... the Crab balls/ cakes are bad to the bone ..... and a must if you go there and eat ..... the crab meat is bursting out of them ..... and the sauce is yummie

Randall had a bunch of chefs, rest. owners, other galv and hou people eat fri and sat to critique the joint and food(about 75 per night for free on my *&^$%#ing ticket) and then soft opened last night.

I didnt even get invited but tried it Thurs night when they cooked their entire menu and its bad as$S...

Go on up there Kenny and tell them youre eating on robalos tab.

no i left yesterday and ill be gone for a few days...problem is you go hang out at the bar/place/rest etc a few nights and pizz everybody off (patrons,waitresses,locals,cops etc..) and then you gotta go hide out till the heat cools down and everybody forgets..just like everywhere else.
