I would guess about $3500 for a week for two.

Round-trip airfare from Houston to Beef Island Tortola is about $700 per person.

Overnight on Tortola (plane gets here too late for ferry): About $150

Round-trip ferry from Tortola to Anegada: $45 per person

Room at Neptune's Treasure: about $100/night

Vehicle rental: about $65/day

Food: Restaurants will cost $20 to $30 per person for dinner, plan on $75-$100 per day for two.

Shopping on Tortola before coming to Anegada reduces cost - beer is $19/case on Tortola, $4 to $5 a bottle here.
