Robalo wanted to know if WATCHING sex orgys on the beach is considered "reckless activities" or is it just the participation therein.
If there are 1,000 cars on the beach i'd bet 999 of them have alcohol...
And, if/when Brazoria County beaches start getting lined w/ $$$1mm homes you can kiss that freedom goodbye.

The only point missing is NO FUN.
Man what a downer, so I guess a nice stroll on the beach is all they want you to do. Boring.

SLP Sunday
I was at the pass with my family Sunday...lots of drinking, tents/camping, fireworks, and not much enforcement going on, at least between about 2pm and dark...
They've always had the no drinking rule, but as long as you are not bringing attention to yourself I've never seen them enforce it....

Just be careful,
In addition to safety BWI carries just as stiff a penalty as DWI and they have been out lately checking registrations, fish limits, ect..

Guess Ill just stay in my boat now. Or to Brazoria county, like Sandy said. Is it still legal to consume alohol on those beaches? This sucks.

if they enforced the "no littering" on both sides of the bridge and handed out fines they could make a killing.

These are the ridiculous ones:
No alcoholic beverages (I agree with no bottles)
No camping
No camp fires
Thank God for Brazoria County, where freedom still exists.
