Directions from louies bait camp

I hope this hasn't been discussed here but I was wondering how you get from louies bait camp to the intercostal. People talk anou it all the time but on google earth I don't see how to do it

Which part are you having trouble with, how to get out of Jones lake to the ICW?

Also, how tall is your boat? You wont be able to get under the RR bridge at bayou vista if you have a raised console or a high windshield.

Yes, I don't know how to navigate from the ICW through jones lake to the RR bridge. I have a skeeter and the console is about 5ft.

You should be ok height wise I think but go when the water isnt expected to rise much just in case.

Head down the bayou to the mouth of Jones, turn right into Jones and there are marking posts someone put up of where to run. You can run closer to the shoreline than that but follow the markers the first time. Run parallel to that NW shoreline until you see a solid post with a sign on it. The sign doesnt say anything but that is your marker to turn toward the ICW. Line up that post with the RED ICW channel marker and you will have a straight shot due south out of Jones between the reefs.

To get into west bay there are a couple of cuts that I have marked on the photo.
